huntington & ellis, A Real Estate Agency, has opened an office at 11041 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson to support its growing base of agents, buyers and sellers throughout the city.
The Henderson office expands the brokerage’s physical presence as it continues to grow across the Las Vegas Valley.
Over the past 12 months, huntington & ellis agents have completed more than 2,890 home sales across Southern Nevada, with more than 540 of those sales taking place in the City of Henderson. Those Henderson sales span communities across the city, including Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, Cadence, Lake Las Vegas, Seven Hills and MacDonald Highlands.
More than 59% of the brokerage’s Henderson sales during the past year occurred within the 89011, 89052 and 89044 ZIP codes, highlighting its strong presence in these areas.
“For us, opening in Henderson isn’t about entering a new market. We’re already doing a significant amount of business here,” said Craig Tann, founding owner and broker of huntington & ellis. “Our agents are selling hundreds of homes in Henderson every year, and many of them have built their businesses around these communities. It made sense for our physical presence to reflect the business and relationships we already have here.”
Tann said the decision reflects the brokerage’s strategy of investing in areas where its agents and clients are already active.
“We’ve always been very intentional about growth,” Tann said. “The goal isn’t to have the most offices. The goal is to give our agents the resources, opportunities and support they need to build great businesses and give our clients an exceptional real estate experience. Henderson was a natural next step for us.”
The office provides a local meeting place for clients seeking homebuying, selling, relocation and real estate advisory services throughout Henderson. Agents can use the location for client consultations, property strategy meetings, training and daily business activities.
The expansion also provides additional infrastructure to support the brokerage’s growing agent base and welcome real estate professionals who live and work in Henderson.
